While our systems are designed to accelerate the writing and publishing process, results are not guaranteed and depend on your participation, effort, and commitment.

All course materials, guides, templates, and resources provided by Motivational MD are our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

The stories, manuscripts, and content you create remain your intellectual property. By engaging our publishing services, you grant us a limited license to edit, format, publish, and distribute your work as agreed.

3. Payments & Refunds

Fees for programs and publishing services must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the refund policy provided at the point of sale. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We provide tools, frameworks, and support to help you complete and publish your book. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including financial results, readership size, or publication timelines, as these depend on factors outside our control.

5. Faith-Based Messaging

Our services may include references to faith, spirituality, and motivational content. Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge that such references are for inspiration, not religious instruction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivational MD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Motivational MD operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
